The millimeter and inch marks are laser etched, so they do not wash off like ink. Q: Can this scraper cut very cold butter dough? A: The 1.0 and 1.2 mm SUS 304 versions are suitable for cold laminated dough; choose the 1.2 mm blade for frequent high-force cutting. Q: How should it be cleaned? A: Rinse immediately after dough work, wash with mild detergent, dry the blade completely and store upright or in a blade sleeve. Q: What test files can be supplied? A: FDA/LFGB material declarations, REACH SVHC statement and stainless-steel material certificate can be provided by batch or component.
